Airbnb cleaning costs in Mayo, Ireland.

Hello,

I was wondering what other hosts in the west of Ireland/west Mayo pay for cleaning. My cleaner has recently increased her charges to €20 per hour. It’s a 4 bed modern bungalow with wooden floors and very soft water so not difficult to clean but my most recent changeover was €110 cleaning plus €60 laundry. She does an average job, not 100% sure she mops every time and I have had messaged raising issues.

Just wondering what other local hosts pay.

Just in relation to your question, i asked a few hosts who are based along the west coast of Ireland and their reply was that hourly rates range from 12 to 20 Euro per hour to clean a listing, factors that dictate the hourly rate include the amount of cleaning required..Some cleaners use the laundry facilities at the hosts listing while others bring it to the launderette. I would suggest you contact hosts near your listing to get a better indication of charges and more than likely they will have a contact list of  cleaners.

Hi. I have several Airbnb houses and charge per house per clean…..not by the hour. That means sometimes there is little to do but they still get paid. Other times it is left dirty so requires more. This has worked perfectly over the years. Now I need more cleaners which is my problem!!!!  Hope this helps.
