Airbnb community support stoped communicationg with me
I sent a request to get a refund for several damages that happened in my home because of a guest. The community support exchanged with me and asked me to provide different documents, what i did of course.
When they got all the documents they needed they interrupted the contact wit me. I sent a lot of emails asking if i will get a refund but 2 mounths passed a'd they don't even answer by mail.
