Airbnb has stopped offering customer support to owners?
I've had several issues but now when you call in the people answering cant help. they're just collecting names and putting you in the queue for an eventual message in your abb inbox. it takes days to weeks and even then it's just messaging back and forth and still not helpful at all. Did they fire their entire staff? vrbo is totally fine. staff is all there and picks right up. abb seems to have outsourced customer support to an answering service?
My question. Has anyone found a way in? Is there truly no support at all?
