.... listen to 99.9% of hosts and include language regarding hosts that provide multiple individual private rooms within the host's residence, stating that since zero expectation of privacy exists anywhere except their private room and the bathroom they use, that only these such hosts won't be subject to punitive action for the presence of a security camera in such area inside the home where hosts and guests can be present simultaneously at any time (IE: kitchen). Simply note this very limited and specific exception to the existing policy, changing nothing else. No one can justify objection to this plea. The financial and physical harm liability risk to guests, hosts and platform is hugely reduced and the morale, comfort, and appreciation of guests and these specific hosts, is hugely increased (and  these specific hosts that left the platform for this reason can return to listing here).

@Steve2584 Airbnb gets a lot of bad publicity from instances of camera misuse so I doubt it will change its policy. Losing a few hosts in an often saturated market is irrelevant to Airbnb.
