Airbnb supervisor's won't call me back

I have been calling for days to Airbnb because the host for our booking hasn't responded, doesn't have a working phone , and airbnb support just keeps saying they have sent it to a supervisor and they won't call me back. We are in Australia with a 4month old baby and no where to stay and they can't even get on the phone?! 

How can I get a supervisor on the phone?!

@Michael5449  Just to be clear on the situation - you've arrived at your rental property in Australia, but you're unable to complete the check- in procedure to access it? And you need further instructions but can't reach the host by phone?

If you have turned up to the listing you have booked and you aren't able to check in (is this because you weren't given check in details before you travelled to Australia?) Airbnb should cancel the booking if the host can't be reached and help you find alternative accommodation.

I would try calling again and insist they do this. You can also try them via their FB and Twitter for a response.
