Any zoning issues where sleeping outside under the stars e.g., camping, is illegal

Am told I live in an R-4 neighborhood so camping in my backyard (which no neighbors can see) violates the zoning ordinances. So I built a 'casita' where folks can opt to sleep outside or inside.
