Are City of Seattle STR license requirements enforced on Airbnb?

Hi folks, my question is about the City of Seattle STR licenses.

Are we able to use the same license number for multiple listings?

It appears to me that these listings have the same STR license number: STR-OPLI-19-000350

Similarly these listings have the same STR license number: STR-OPLI-19-001547

https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/23310068

In fact the above host seems to have some 65 listings with the same STR license number.

Would you please help me understand what is going on here?
Are the City of Seattle and Airbnb enforcing the restrictions and licensing requirements effectively?

Should we as hosts also use the same license number for all of our properties?

I reached out to the city of Seattle STR licensing group and they responded right away. They agree that this is a problem and are investigating it.

I also reached out to Airbnb support but have not heard back.
