Avboka gäst pga sjukdom

Min gäst kommer om två dagar, men vi har blivit sjuka. Hur göra för att avboka pga sjukdom? 
My guest is coming in two days, but we have fallen ill. How to cancel due to illness?

The cancellation policy for hosts will change on 22 august. So if you cancel before 22 august, the old policy applies (lower cancelation fees). If you need to cancel because of an extenuating circumstance, please read this:

It is advised to contact Airbnb before cancelling.

If you need to cancel within 24 hours of check-in time, it is obliged to contact Airbnb.

I was helped to cancel due to illness more than 48 hours before the guest's arrival. At first Airbnb said I would have to pay USD100 for this. Lucky I refused. Absurd.
