@Linda2867 Hi Linda, this is a community forum consisting of other Hosts. I'd recommend giving Airbnb customer service a call and they should be able to help you.
On a side note, I recently found a listing of all cancellations on the site (via my computer) and it showed which ones were eligible for the Covid payout, how much, and which ones weren't and why. I'm looking right now to see if I can find how to get to that information again - but perhaps another host will chime in with the instructions.
