Banning my listing

Ive been hosting my home for at least 6 plus years on this platform.  I recently had a complaint from a neighbor this is the second complaint the first was made several years ago. I screen all my guest discurrage parties and stress that the home is located in a neighborhood where my neighbors live and work.  I have been a super host for many years. Yes there was an issue with my guests, which I addressed with the guests.  Yes the police were called for noise. I am not sure what as a host I am suppose to do other than to report the guest and when asked give as detailed acurate information as possible.  I am now locked down from getting bookings for 30 days during a hurrific time. I had as many other hosts 6 months of cancelations. I was unable to recoup any of that because I have multiple listings. Which I might add have high ratings as well.  I am changing several things. I am putting in cameras so I have better controll over the propety, I am putting up some additional trees to help eliminate sound. I am restricting use of the pool after 11pm.  I belive these will help in the efforts to be a good neighbor and continue to have guests.  I just find it incredibley dishartning that airbnb did not ask me about any changes, or make any suggestions that would help keep the listing in good order.  I know we have many more local guests and occasionally we get guests that are not kind to our properties but that should not be an auto threat of shutting me down.  Especially when you have record and litterly hundereds of reviews of me being a good caring host. Some one making a quick decision with out investigating all the facts and ruining someones lively hood when I cant even get through for hours to talk with anyone.  I want to be a good host and continue on this platform but need better communication from airbnb.

Communication with Airbnb is difficult these days, as many of us have experienced (see the posts in this community), including myself. You can bring the issue on the table again, ask for escalation to a higher level, etc.., but fact is before anybody gives you finally an answer, the 30 days your listings are locked are probably over !
