Ii f you think there is still a support center to help you. That's is probably true in a 10% before this situation..
Airbnb will not loose by chance under Any situation.
I had a new guest that used my place, destroyed it and then I got canceled, ripped off my payment and then got a penalización.
All in automatic .. nobody to talk to.
If you think you can currently feel safe with Airbnb... No more. Those times are gone.

How did the guest destroy your listing? Who cancelled the booking? What do you mean you got ripped off for the payment and what sort of penalties did you receive?

I thought you had posted here looking for advice - hence my questions.
If you want to speak to Airbnb you will need to call them directlly.
I've tried that of course, that's what I want to show this community. That we need to go beyond.
Airbnb is no longer under a win/win policy.
We need to get the word out and speak up to what this machine with little human sense has become...
