I booked and paid a reservation, but got no mail from Airbnb and also the booking is not visible in My Trips. My bank confirmes payment.
Help!!!
@Victor2335 You are the second person to have this problem today. Are you sure the booking was made on Airbnb not a scammer site? If definitely Airbnb you will need to contact them by phone urgently.

It is visible on AirBnb but only when I ask for Help at https://www.airbnb.nl/help/contact-us/reservation. I see the reservation, I can ask for help, but in the same account and profile (and URL) it's not visible. My previous reservation is.
I made screen dumps. Problem is that you cannot contact AirBnb about this.
The stupid thing with .nl is that the website often redirects to .co.uk and then I need to login again. As if I have two accounts. And now the help asks me to open an account at .com.
Important info: AirBnb rejects bookings when the account is not confirmed with an ID, but only after accepting payment!! So now I have to wait for a few days to get my money back. And then I can make a new reservation. It also does not send any message about this. Utter idiotic.
Why not block the possibility to make a reservation completely, if the account has not yet been confirmed. And why is this. It was never an issue in the past.
@Victor2335 Did you not get a warning that you had to confirm your ID when you made the booking?
Nothing. I was redirected to the iDeal provider Adyen.com and made the payment. After that: silence in all languages.
