Our listing has been set-up for long term since January of this year due to changes to zoning regulations. We have had a policy of doing a walk-through inspection upon checking-in and checking-out. We can accommodate self check-in as we can guarantee the condition in which the house will be found at the time of beginning of lease, but we do not know how to accommodate self-check-out in order to make sure no damages have been done to our place. The COVID-19 opt-in program states we would have to avoid going into the place within 24 hrs of a set of guests having left. How would we then be able to promptly address any damages or repairs needed ???
