COVID-19 and Ratings

I am curious to know how the COVID-19 stay home orders will affect our ratings? West Virginia's Governor (USA) issued a mandatory stay home order. I suspect many other hosts have governments that have done the same.

This means that there is only travel for essential services, most of which are going to be located near their homes. Our President is extended his advisory until 30 April, and I suspect our Governor will do the same in the next day or so. These orders prevent me from reaching the requirements for Super Host.

It may seem trivial at the moment, however, as things return to somewhat normal, and people are again traveling (maybe more) the lack of Super Host status will keep my listing from being prominent. I doubt any listing can survive two months or more of zero occupancy and maintain the Super Host status.

Thoughts?

---> That's how I look at most guests, like cousins. And you know, some of those cousins are kooks.

Many hosts have posted about this @Robin129 & Airbnb have issued a statement saying existing Superhosts will not lose their status because of lack of bookings, or host cancellations. Hosts will of course still have to have obtained a 4.8 average, & the usual expected response rate.
