Can Anyone access the Earnings Summary?

I'm wishing to refinance and do my 2019 taxes.

When I request the "earnings summary" I get the 503 Service Error 🙂

Does anyone else have this problem?  Am I doing something wrong?

It's been happening for 4 days now.

Yes, I'm also having the same issue. I get the same 503 timeout error. Is there a fix for this or work around?

@Paul154 Same here, cannot access it, getting the same error message for about a month. I contacted customer service but they told me nothing was wrong but sent me a screenshot of my earnings summary. So I guess that will work for now 😕

just letting you know there was a small bug with the sales revenue totals reported both monthly and annually (at least for me). i keep a separate spreadsheet anyway! 

I would suggest you filter all confirmed reservations for the last tax year and download it into a CVS file, transform to an excel spreadsheet and then find these numbers. Good luck with the taxes! 🙂
