Can I see individual star ratings on a phone?

I have not figured out a way to find out what individual stars a guest left me if I am on my phone. The email letting me know there is a review only contains the text. When I go to the app - performance - reviews it just gives me the overall stars, not by guest and  no text. The individual stars for individual categories are blank. There’s also an option to compare how are the hosts in my area doing in these categories but that’s blank as well.
