Can't leave review to my guest

Hi Airbnb family!  

Just a quick question for the issue I'm having right now.

I'm the host  and trying to write review to this guest who checked out a week ago. 

On my phone, after I click on "write review" and "start to write review" , Airbnb app showing me "error you do not have permission to access this resource".

Then I try on laptop, after I click on "write review", it redirect me to my dashboard page.

Does anyone know why is this?

Am I blocked by this guest or..?
