At the moment, yes you can, but it is worth checking the updates outlined here:

to see which apply to your accommodation. For example you may be required to all wear masks in communal areas.
If you are only hosting long-term guests (and I mean really long-term), the regulations may be different. You should therefore also read the government advisories relating to landlords and lodgers.
I would certainly make sure you are fully versed on the restrictions regarding testing, self-isolation and quarantining, especially if you accommodate overseas visitors. I personally will not take guests who need to self-isolate as my listings and the layout of my home are not set up for that.
