Hi all, anyone has a similar issue to mine? As a guest, I booked a stay on Airbnb for the upcoming Seoul trip. Within the 48 hours timeframe- I initiated the cancellation as the itinerary changed and I need to stay somewhere closer to the business on my trip. However, no matter how many times I initiated the cancellation, it just kept saying:
"com.airbnb.services.exceptions.ServiceClientException: Exception: exception_unknown, message: IDL-defined service exception thrown from the server side.:"
After 5 calls to Airbnb, they kept telling me this issue will be passed to engineers to solve- however, it might not be addressed asap as they will always address the most critical issue first where a large number of customers are impacted. As a consequence, the cancellation is still on hold- today is the 8th day.
Does anyone know how to get this issue solved or escalated? like making an official complaint to their head office or any way that will help?
