Hello, can some one help me. I have supposedly incoming guest today, but right now our community is still in Community Quarantine due to Covid19. Our first priority is the safety of our guest. Our Barangay community is in High Risk situation.
@Adrian310 Can you provide more info? Why was your calendar open for the guest to book if you are under lockdown? Have you tried to contact the guest? Was this some last-minute booking via Instant Book? If the reservation was made awhile ago, why haven't you contacted the guest before this to tell him the reservation needs to be cancelled? Have you called Airbnb?
