Cancellation penalty waivers due to host sickness?
I was recently sick and admitted in hospital for 8 days from Nov 22nd to Dec 1st 2021. As a result, I wasn't able to respond to guest enquiries and was charged a cancellation fee for both hosting and experiences. Does Airbnb provide waivers for sickness since mine is clearly an excruciating circumstance? How do I contact the help desk?
