Cannot login

This number is associated with more than one account. Try logging in with your email instead.

There is nothing I can do, no support chat, no telephone line to call, I am in a loop that requires my mobile phone number to receive a token and then ask for a password reset email link and it never arrives. How can I recover my accout? What I have done so bad? Why is so hard to have support from you?
