Cant see guest email address

Need help. I have always been able to send emails to guests using their air b and b email provided on their profile but today this is missing off all confirmations, can anyone tell me how I find this now?

@Michelle307 I can still see this for all upcoming reservations. I go to Reservations and then click details of the one I want and its got the email address towards the bottom.

ABB is no longer providing email addresses as they want all communications to go through their messaging app. They sent a notification out about it 60ish days ago.

@Michelle307  Hi Michelle, I've just found the same thing, I can no longer find guest encrypted emails anywhere.

I send a PDF file containing directions and arrival instructions which is not easy to just cut and paste into the messaging app (e.g. I have a map embedded in it). If this is deliberate by Airbnb then it seems very short-sighted.

@Michelle307  Hi again Michelle, I've found a way to still email guests.

There was an announcement on 28th May about removing this facility, but in it there is a link to an Attestation Page where you can agree to abide by the email policies and then switch the facility back on. Guest email addresses then immediately reappear where they used to be.
