Have you reported a specific situation to the Airbnb customer service team which was escalated to the case managers, but did not get a response? I'm particularly interested in hearing from you if you meet the following criteria:
**You had an issue with a guest, which had potential to result in property damage or personal harm/injury (e.g. guest became threatening and you felt unsafe)
**You reported the situation to Airbnb while the guest was staying with you
**You did not get a response from Airbnb
