We reached a milestone today! 300 reviews since 3/2017!

Frequent turnover is why I have 300 reviews. 

In the last 14 days, I have had 11 seperate bookings and hosted 31 people and 8 dogs.

Wow....... just reading about it makes my head spin. 

My current guest came end of Feb...... and is booked to stay till end of June 🙂

I would much rather have your situation if the income is the same. It almost sounds like you're not even doing short term rentals... mor elike long term rentals which always end up making less money ... right? I could rent my place long term for maybe $1000 a month but STR through airbnb I can make $6k a month.
