Change in guest cancellations

Just received a booking today for 4 nights in the middle of May. This is a breakdown of the dates my guest can cancel and what is refunded. Guest sent me a screen shot but can’t figure out how to post it here.

Timeline

May 6, 0400 pm

14 days before check in. Full refund minus service fee.

May 15, 0400 pm

5 days before check in. 50 percent refund, minus the first night and service fee.

May 20th

Check in. 50 percent refund for nights that remain 24 hours after you cancel, minus service and cleaning fees.

Was unaware of this, maybe changed it and missed the update? Just a heads up.
