I had a booking for two weeks but Guest didn’t show up , after two days he wrote me an message “ plan didn’t work “ so he couldn’t come . He requested refund of 12 days which is fine and I agreed . But the problem is as new host i haven’t received the card from Airbnb yet ( I am new host and it seems it takes time to receive card from them in our remote place - Kathmandu Nepal )
Now , I've lost other guests from the his of booking! I do not want to cancel booking as Airbnb seems don’t like cancel and they don’t upgrade in to supper host for a host who cancel booking .
can anyone help me on this . I am happy to pay his request and make the calendar available for other guest so I can host other guest rather then wait 14 days !!
