Check in guide

I recently joined with a channel manager and just noticed the little key icon has disappeared when I wanted to send my guest check-in guide and directions via AirBnB app on my phone today.  I have wasted much time on the phone today trying to get to the bottom of it.  It's disappointing when my guest is checking in tomorrow and I am scrambling to find what happened to these directions as its going be a lengthy process doing the photos again and the guide, and then I don't know where to put them now.

I need to message my guest again, which doesn't look very professional.

Anyone else had this problem?

Hi Maria.  I'm the developer of https://HostTools.com, a channel manager.  I don't know which tool you signed up for but can tell you that Host Tools allows you to include a link to your check-in instructions in the messages.  I don't know how to fix your current issue but maybe using the check-in link feature of Host Tools would help you get around it?
