Christmas Bonus/tip for cleaning person

Hello community,

I want to give my cleaning person who has been working for me for over a year a Christmas bonus or tip. She does about 4 cleanings a week for me at $60 a piece. What would be an appropriate year end bonus/tip?

@Tom153 this year I'd give them as much as you can stand

(mine usually gets an extra visit's worth, but she's a 2/month whole house personal cleaner. If your person is about $1000/month, then I'd gift/tip in the $200-$500 range)

@Tom153 my rule of thumb is 2 weeks of usual pay, so $500 is about right. But as @Kelly149 said, I would give as much as you can stand this year.
