Claim submission

Hello, hoping you can help.
I submitted a claim for damaged property to my tenant, who has rejected the request to pay. I have been through the due process of requesting the payment. It has been over 72 hours since the request, I would like to escalate this to Airbnb to submit a claim on the insurance for the rental.

Please could you assist me.

All you have to do is go to the claim and escalate it. It took them 5 days to answer one I made, but I got the money.
