Clarification for Levels

Hi, good day.

I am new to this platform and would like to know how many levels does Airbnb has?

I received a notification that I have moved up to level 1, not sure what that means.

It's odd how the threads are getting repetitive, like the users are not aware of Search option on top of this site. However non of the threads regarding this topic has never been answered, so  @Quincy can you give us clear, straightforward answer on how scaling works, how many posts one has to open, reply to, like to climb from level 1 to 2 and so on. Looking forward to hear the answer on company's requirements in place for reaching each level.
