Co host wanted to support my small 3 bedroom 2 bath home on AirBnB and VRBO.

Reduced rent ($500/month for up to 11 months), parking space, and garage storage, in exchange for responding rapidly to guest inquiries, programming front door lock for each new guest stay, ensuring cleaners are scheduled between guest stays, providing customer service with a smile, doing laundry for guest linens,  keeping the place secure, tidy, and guest-worthy.  I am looking at renting the 2 bedrooms to guests for 30 to 90 days.

If it works out we can look at a longer lease for the cohost.  The home is near 112th and Holgate. References, credit report, and background check required.
