Commission on cancellations

I wonder if anybody could answer me this question, if a guest cancels and the cancellation policy  has been set for a full refund, does the host have to pay any fees or commission.   I have looked high and low on Airbnb site and drew a blank

If the guest cancels and receives full refund, the host gets nothing.

And also has nothing to pay.  The payout of the reservation in Transaction History becomes zero.
