We booked a nice Malibu home that is supposed to start today. The confirmation # is: **  This was booked throug ** email:  ** User name: **. We cannot get in touch with the homeowner. We have tried to reach Airbnb on the phone and through emails with no response. Is there a way you can help us?

 

They have been totally unresponsive. We wanted to know if they cleaned the property per their cleaning protocol and if so if we can then go to the property today per our booking. We have already paid for the week long property rental. We do not know what to do now?

@Brandon470 Did you book through the Airbnb site? I fear this is a scam as Airbnbs are not booked through email addresses.

By the way this is a community forum not Airbnb customer support
