We launched our first property last November and have learned quite a bit through these last 5 months. We’re definitely pleased to have earned this designation for the 2nd time in that period.

We’ve focused on quality and clarity in our guest interactions and have found that helps to smooth over any concerns that might pop up. Overall, it’s been a great experience so far.

As you said, clarity in communication during guest interactions can definitely smoothen the experience for both guests and hosts!

Wow!  Time flies!!!!  It has been 3 whole months!!

We purchased LoveJones Bungalow in August 2024 and it took us 3 months to renovate, design and dec it out; but we did it!  We made our deadline for an open house - New Year's Day Party and have been booked every weekend since.  

My Tip?  We have been drumming up business on TikTok believe it or not!!  Find us and Follow us!  #LoveJonesBungalow

My husband Tim and I have been hosting for 2 years, and we really love the whole process. We've been blessed with excellent guests, and have met some wonderful people. 

We're grateful to Air bnb for the opportunity to share this magical part of the world (Northern New Mexico) with other travelers.
