Thank you so much for the congratulations! 🙌 Actually, this is my second year as a Superhost, but it’s my first time being part of the community center, and I’m really excited to be here!

As for goals, I definitely have a few in mind—mainly to improve the guest experience even more and to keep building on the positive reviews. I’m also focusing on staying consistent and making my space even more welcoming for everyone.

Hi. 

I only started renting on Airbnb last year. It was a very interesting year. I want more guests who travel through Airbnb because they are truly the best guests and it pays to make the maximum effort for them, which is what I do.

I had an immaculate record until that one guest. You will always have that one person that mad at life. They lie and make up stuff just to ruin your record. Even worse is some of the employees at air bnb. They don’t care as others do. They should have a dept for these type of guest making you look bad. Other than that I’m about to open up my third air bnb.

I'm sorry to read that you've had a bad experience, but you've overcome it and you're now celebrating a Superhost with us! It's  really fantastic to hear that you're opening up your third Airbnb! 🙌

Will you take any learnings from your other listings when opening up the new one?

Basically role with the punches, again you will always get that one Debbie downer. On the bright side I make sure that when someone comes in your reputation is on the line and I make sure that their accommodations are always a 5*. The competition is getting more and more intense but when you make an air bnb you have to make it pop. The extras always help where when they are about to book a place in your area and come across yours they click on it right away, I want to stay there! That’s what I’m doing for my third as well. My placed stand out because of the extra money I put into them.

Hi everyone.and Happy New year . Overwhelmed to become member of Airbnb Super hosts club .Though its  4th time that we have won Super host title in the total 6 years of our operations as Ambika Homestay Solan located in Himachal Pradesh state of India .

Ours homestay is BHK villa located in the feets of Himalayas,surrounded by pine trees  and lush green panoramic mountains and valley views .Very near to popular Hill stations like Shimla,Chail.

peaceful and calm ,but also at walkable distance to main Market and Mall road .Looked after by hosts themselves and is available at very reasonable rates .
