I have a concert, I have been hosting for three months!  I just got an email saying that I am a super host!😆

excited for it! 
I live in Colorado Springs, but I have not received any booking since December, just wanted to know if this is normal in my area? I already call Airbnb to see if there is something I should change in my listing. But they told me that everything looks good on my end. 
I really need  to know if this is normal for my area.

With the new Superhost badge, I am very excited and open to working with new hosts in and around London. I am happy to travel to distances like Brighton, St Albans, Surrey, Tunbridge Wells, that type of radius. 
I already filled that form to be added on the Co-host network, but it seems it's full in London, no surprise lol!

Thank you so much, and congratulations to you as well for staying resilient through the ups and downs of hosting! 🎉

I just started hosting in 2024 and it was definitely a year of adjustments for me. While I couldn’t make a comparison to the previous years, I did notice some changes in guest behavior and booking patterns. It encouraged me to get creative—updating my listing, tweaking my pricing strategy, and focusing on providing a truly personalized guest experience. Those small efforts seemed to pay off.

I’m hopeful that with these learnings, 2025 will be a strong year for us all!

Hang in there. I am only in my second year and have made so many adjustments to keep up with my competition. But this was a year of learning and being proactive. I did better than last year but last year was all new to me so I’m not sure if that counts. I found that  Offering great service and keeping your prices reasonable has made a difference   Good luck!
