@Erika-M8 I have understood alot are slow, we have been busy, but our traffic is alot of the Church of Christ College we have in town. Harding College. Keep your head up . Where are you located ? Whats a level 2 ?

Hi @Elisa  since I started 6 years ago, only lost it 1 quarter during covid since I was not allowed to host in our building.

With the new Superhost badge, I am very excited and open to working with new hosts in and around London. I am happy to travel to distances like Brighton, St Albans, Surrey, Tunbridge Wells, that type of radius. 
I already filled that form to be added on the Co-host network, but it seems it's full in London, no surprise lol!

Congratulations, Super Host! 🎉 Looking back, 2024 was quite a shift—my Airbnb hosting income was literally half of what it was in 2022 and 2023. How was your business in 2024? I’d love to hear how you’re doing!

I just started hosting in 2024 and it was definitely a year of adjustments for me. While I couldn’t make a comparison to the previous years, I did notice some changes in guest behavior and booking patterns. It encouraged me to get creative—updating my listing, tweaking my pricing strategy, and focusing on providing a truly personalized guest experience. Those small efforts seemed to pay off.

I’m hopeful that with these learnings, 2025 will be a strong year for us all!

Hang in there. I am only in my second year and have made so many adjustments to keep up with my competition. But this was a year of learning and being proactive. I did better than last year but last year was all new to me so I’m not sure if that counts. I found that  Offering great service and keeping your prices reasonable has made a difference   Good luck!
