Have a wonderful day!
O feedback desta hospede acabou me motivando, e ainda me motiva .
@Breanna yes, being a Superhost for the first time is a good feeling that you have achieved success with your new adventure.
Congratulations to all the new Superhost out there around the world 🌎 of Airbnbing.
My tip is keep up with your style of hosting as it is working for you and it may be not be the same as the host next door.
The reason being guests are looking for different accommodation. What is available and location. Choose your rules wisely and don’t have too many.
Lastly, always keep reviewing your property as,
How can I improve it? What can I add? What can I remove? What needs repairing? What needs replacing? What do guests really want?
However, it isn't always about spending money.
Consider what you can physically contribute - labour using recycling furniture from recycling shops, garage sales, FB market place,
neighbours and friends.
But they do say what can undo your Superhost from reading this CC Forum is by cancelling bookings that may not be considered by Airbnb as unseen circumstances. Or your ratings fall below 4.8.
However we have no Real control over what guests wwrite.we are in their hands which can be one sided at times.
Looking on the bright side, I am still a Superhost at 4.9 after 3 years of Airbnbing. Yes it does take an effort on my part. I do what I love doing.
Congratulations to all the new Superhost around the world.
Laurelle. ( Downunder )
Congrats everyone!
Hosting for almost 5 years and I still get excited during assessment time, well nervous and excitement combo lol. I still do continuous improvement my hosting style. I take feedbacks seriously and do necessary changes to enhance our guests positive experience but of course we can’t please them all but we do our best.
Congratulations to all that Made it on the list!!✅
I am most honored for being awarded the second time the status of Super host. HURRAY!
I have really have put my soul into how I could best service my guests.
For insurance, I made a two hour trip to the house to equip the house with fresh plus towels and a second trip to furnish the house with the smart TV books and board games for the holidays.
i am thrilled for the status of SUPER HOST for a second time in a row.
