Suggestions

Use The room folders on the platform kitchen, bedroom makes the system present better.

Your amenities are very low for a house rental usually in the range of 30+ check others in your area list everything.

The Yoga mention probably has a lot of interest people who love Yoga love it.

I would try running with that idea.  Include Yoga in the Title,  Maybe a few picture of a Yoga mat set up just waiting for a guest. lol

Discuss more in the description quiet beautiful private indoor and outdoor spaces.  Now all sorts of places do like Yoga with cats or Yoga by a waterfall.  Look around your property neighborhood and do a Guidebook for Yoga and one for sightseeing.

Turn on the Airbnb New Host Discount, it's very limited number of guests but will probably give you more 5s like your first review.
