Hi I need to chat to someone at airbnb regarding payment I have not yet received for guests booked in on 2 - 3 November??? Why is there such a delay in payment to me?

Hi Margaret
That doesn't sound right. They normally send you an email to say they have done payment. (normally could take up to 5 days from day guests book in). You should have received the money by now.
Have you checked your progress chart and your banking account? I see you are a Super Host. Nice! I'm sure this must be frustrating, as this would not be your first payment. Have you tried replying to any of the messages pertaining to this booking? I find they normally respond rather promptly on those.

I also require a SA telephone number for Air BnB.
I need to verify urgently that I can make a payment off the app as FNB have identified Air BnB as high risk for fraudulent activity - FNB will not be held responsible for loss of my funds. They suggest that I get verification from Air BnB that it is ok to go ahead and do the payment on the App - can someone help me please?
