Contactless point of purchase system for gift shop in Bed and Breakfast

I am wanting to add the ability to purchase supplies and gifts at my Bed and Breakfast for my guests, and was wondering if anyone had found a contactless point of purchase system by which folks could make the purchase themselves.

Venmo just started a QR code scan program.  it unfortunately is limited to one item/price I believe.
