Continue button for refund deactivated / error 500 / can not refund

Continue button got deactivated that I can't finish refund process. 

I hope it is not intentional.

I got error 500 message from airbnb.kr(korea) when I click "manage reservation".

Please update about what should be done to have a refund voucher.

Dear Yoo Young, when I wanted to disable my instant book I had to write a 200 character mini essay to continue the process, I added enough exclamation points!!!!! to fulfill that requirement.It's a stupid thing but I had to do it, & maybe adding those extra characters will fix your glitch. I'd also recommend doing any phone calls during north American Pacific standard time business hours as corporate headquarters are in California. Stay well, Sally
