Corona 18 cleaning summary

I live my listing in Finland.

I have received the cleaning summary with I have to leave in the listing after cleaning in order to assure the guest at his arrival.

It is in Finnish language.

I do have quite a lot of Expat guests living here in Finland who do not understand the language, thus I was looking for it in English but could not find it.

I have also contacted Airbnb CS twice and they just did not answer to my question.

Thus, here my wish: Could some one tell me where to find this document.

What is the "cleaning summary" you refer to ? Did you receive some link from Airbnb ?

Then replace ".fi" by ".com" for english version.

CS was finally able to send me the english version. It is the print out one can put into the listing after having jcommited to the Covid cleaning routine, inorder to reassure the guests. But thank you for your advise.

With the handbook and my new cleaning lady Catherine P. everything will shine, no virus within a mile distance will survive this. I also decided for extra protection to replace all carpet between reservations, repaint the whole interior and will command guests on check-in to stay permanent in their room until check-out time has come. ;>)
