Coronavirus Refund - only received partial, not full refund.

When cancelling my booking to Spain yesterday, the AirBnB website said that I would receive a full refund due to the coronavirus situation.

I wish I had taken a screenshot now of that notice, because I've only received a partial refund in accordance with my host's usual cancellation policy. 

I rang a phone number found on the bottom of an email, for AirBnB Payments UK Ltd - please press 1, please press 2 etc etc... 5 minutes later it said I would be but in touch with an advisor and then it just dialled out and the call ended.

How can I resolve this? I can't find any numbers to contact and I have no evidence of the information provided to me when I was processing my cancellation.

All the ways of contacting Airbnb are listed in the CONTACT AIRBNB post at the top of the forum you are posting in @Katie903 

I am having the same problem. I only got 50% refund according to the host's regular cancellation policy. I tried to contact Aibnb many times, but nothing.
