Does anybody feel the same way as I do about the way the Cofounders speech in early March?

He came out and said that Airbnb will compensate Hosts who had any cancellations from 14 March onwards.

When I tried to follow this up, after excruciating incompetence from 4 different support members, I was told that because my guest didn't choose the 'Covid 19' option I wasn't eligible.  Considering this was a decision made in early April, there was no option like this available for my guest who booked way back in January.  I messaged this woman and she confirmed this for me, but Airbnb was having none of it. How ridiculously disingenuous and unfair is that?
