@Marta778 Yes, many hosts are reporting this behavior- it's despicable that guests are trying to take advantage in this way. If it's an Inquiry (as opposed to a Booking Request) , you don't need to decline. All you need to do is message back within 24 hours, and say " As per government directives, I am only hosting medical personnel and first responders, with verifiable credentials, at this time." You might also put this statement at the beginning of your listing description for now.
I'm curious about something, though. You say the guest called- how did they get your phone number?
