I cancelled my reservation because of Covid19 and we want to apply for a full refund.

Not clear from your post, did you cancel under Airbnb's extenuating circumstances policy? Is your country and the country you were planning to visit one that has been defined as high risk?

 

Anyway you need to call Airbnb to follow up on this. If your booking isn't covered by their EC policy you may not be eligible for a refund and would need to claim on your travel insurance.
