Dallas slow season

Hello everyone, I’m in the process of starting an Airbnb in Dallas. I’m wondering if this is a good season to start? Does Dallas have slow seasons? Looking to hear from you all thank you!

I wanted to suggest looking for a local group here - the Community Center is international so there's not always someone from your local area.

Hopefully you'll be able to find a group that can give you the information you need.

@Chyniece0   IMO, there is never a wrong time to start a new listing.  You may want to take advantage of a perceived slow season to have fewer bookings so that you can address any issues that come up while you are becoming familiar with the process.
