Damaged radiator

Our last guest dried their swimsuit on the electric radiator and now it is stained, I can't get it off. What should I do?

@Susan4120 “Chalk it up” and then post a notice above the radiator asking guests not to dry their swimsuit on it. Every (seemingly) silly note I have in my Airbnb is there because of a guest who lacked common sense. I’m sure the guest who is filled with sense and sees all my notes thinks I’m a control freak.
